How it Works-

Place an order with Kiera. Discuss any preferences and items that may need special attention. Estimate the weight of your order as best you can (a standard 13gallon trash bag holds ~10-15lbs)

 

Prep your order

by placing your bags or hampers outside your front door for pickup. Make sure to separate any items you want to hang dry into another bag and label any special instructions. Please provide all hangers if you want items returned hanged.

 

Done!!

Your laundry will be picked up, washed, dried, folded, packaged neatly, and delivered right back to your doorstep before 8pm the day following pickup.*if order is placed before 3pm, delivery will be by 8pm the following day. Any orders placed after 3pm will be processed as next day orders, pushing delivery deadline out an additional day.

*orders over 100pounds may require a deadline extension

*laundry will be labeled with exact weight of each bag and final invoice with total weight and payment due

payments can be made via Paypal, Cashapp, or cash upon delivery.
